TIYLO is hosting a Reindeer Fun Run/Walk 5k on Saturday, December 17th, 2pm, beginning at Frink Park. There is no cost to participate, you just need to show up before the race and sign in. All those that complete the Fun Run will be entered into a raffle for $200 cash!! O’Briens Bar & Restaurant will have live entertainment with Leah & Pete beginning at 3pm, as well as some snacks and drink specials for those who want to “warm up”. The raffle winner will be drawn at O’Briens at 4pm and you do not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win.
We are looking for volunteers to help us with this event! We are also looking for participants!!
The following areas are looking for volunteers:
Set up (put up tables/chairs and put out route signs): check in at Frink Park [arrive by 12:30pm, done by 1:00pm]
Hot Chocolate Table: at Frink Park [arrive at 1:30pm, leave around 3pm]
Volunteers Along the Route: check in at Frink Park [arrive at 1:15pm, leave around 3pm]
Pick Up (pick up tables/chairs and signs): check in at Frink Park [arrive by 3pm, done by 3:45pm]

That would be wonderful! All volunteers also get entered into the raffle for $200! We are asking volunteers to arrive at Frink Park by 1:15pm. But, if you are helping with pick up, you can check in around 3pm. Thanks!!
How old must volunteers be? Husband and I are running but our son loves to volunteer when he can. He’s an older-than-you’d-think 12 year old
He is more than welcome to help out at our Hot Chocolate station! Just have him check in at the registration desk around 1:15 or so and we will set him up. And, as a volunteer he is also entered into the raffle for the $200!
